Julia-roberts

Julia Fiona Roberts was born in Atlanta on the 28th of October, 1967 to Betty Lou Bredemus and Walter Grady Roberts. Roberts is the fourth Roberts generation living in Atlanta starting with her grandfather who was a farmer, John Pendleton Roberts. Her father took keen interest from a young age in theater. As a student in Emory University he appeared in diverse productions, both at and off the campus. In 1953, he enlisted in the Air Force and while stationed in Biloxi in Mississippi, he acted in a production together with Betty Lou Bredemus. They got married in 2005, and had their first child, Eric Anthony in 1956. Walter attended Tulane University New Orleans Louisiana after leaving the Airforce in 1957. Walter became a member of Atlanta Academy Theater and Harrington Scenic and Lighting Studio after they moved their family from Atlanta to Decatur, Georgia in 1960. Walter along with Betty Lou produced a Saturday morning show on local television for kids known as Bum Bum and His Buddies in 1964. This was a project that they funded themselves. In 1964, Walter and Betty Lou founded their own organization called the Actors and Writers Workshop. The workshop lasted six years. They were joined by Lelisa Billingsley (also known as Lisa) as well as Julia (also known as Julie) in this time.
